How to…

Filed under: Uncategorized — alexandriamaryclement @ 5:28 pm

Bubble bath:

One large cup of shampoo.

One large cup of conditioner.

Salt, and lots of it.

About a teaspoon and a half of essence, any smell, you choose.

May turn soles of feet red (if using as foot bath), not painful, goes away.

Chocolate Chip Cookies:

I forgot… Sorry.

Hmm… Define exciting?

I hadn’t realized that I’d slept the night without a pillow until I was awoken by the sound of the door and a stiff pain in my neck. Yet again, Mom and Dad were off to Starbucks for a coffee and Coles for some groceries.

About twenty minutes of heavy sleeping, consisting only of a sudden image of the canadian flag and a large butcher’s knife in my head, I woke up, made sure the pillow I’d found was still under my head, put my pajama pants on and headed out the room. Clea was heavily sleeping, although I’d seen her toss five minutes before, and Josee was out cold on the wooden bed base with a sleeping bag. Wow, could those two sleep!

Minutes after I’d settled on a dinner table chair, the black Motorola rang, which I answered almost instantly picked up, whispering an answer. I was ordered not to eat any food for they had bought danishes for us. OK, I could follow that.

After a swift cleaning of the room, I pulled on some undies, pink leggings, denim play-suit, pink t-shirt, yellow penguin hoodie and headed out to wait while sprawling myself across the couch.

Finally, it was time to head to Mae’s house. I grabbed the small knitted bag I’d made, stuffed the phone, a piece of paper containing the address and headed for the door, with my father trailing after me into the elevator.

Here is what we did at Mae’s:

1. Mae introduced me to her cats, Cara and Velvet.

2. She showed me her room where I discovered her Webkinz.

3. Taught Mae how to play Dicekinz with Webkinz online.

4. Had small toasted sandwich, politely declined half of it.

5. Had tea on carpet in yard.

6. Made bubble bath (see how to make it in post above).

7. Had foot bath in sink with bubble bath.

8. Played “Make someone say no” with her gooey thing of whose name I cannot recall.

9. Hung up drying.

10. Decided to make chocolate cookies… Had no chocolate.

11. Went to 7/11 to buy some chocolate. Large cadbury bar.

12. Made cookies (see recipe in the how to post above)

My mother arrived after 17 minutes of the cookies being in the oven. Didn’t get any. Oh well.

My mother bought be long red Ugg boots (cool, comfy! Love them) and some bras from the Bonds Factory Outlet.

One is light purple and very lingerie like. The other is white and crosses straps at the back, also had a diamond clippy thing at the front.

Size 38A.

Went to Clea’s. Am @ Clea’s now. 3.20 AM.

Thanks!

Yesterday was my birthday. I turned twelve. I got two packs of sparklers, three balls of pink wool, one magazine, a camcorder/camera/voicerecorder/mp3player type thing, three packs of M&Ms and five scratchy cards, from my mom and dad.

I got The Northern Lights by Philip Pullman from Mae and a box with a lolipop, three fluoro pens, a orange bead necklace, a chocolate, a fake rose and nail polish in it from Jaedon.

Helen, AKA ‘Aitch, gave me this opticle illusion thing, where you spin the hypnotiser thing, stare at it for twenty seconds and then change your view to this toy bunny that gets bigger. Weird. She also gave me this thing that, when you put “magical water” in, blossom crystal grow everywhere and it looks like a chicken. Also, this spinner-top that you put tin snakes under and the snakes squirm when you spin the top.

Clea gave me a girlfriend magazine, chocolates, a book and a best friend bracelet. She also made this book off the computer about how we met. Cool.

I got to play old Scrabble with Greg (art man, cool) in his little studio, with Jack Hamill. Jack was wearing army clothes and army bunny ears and Greg let me wear his Wisconsin Cheese Head hat. Jack and I got to skip sport and try to figure out who stole the bucket of easter eggs. Turns out Mr C found it in his classroom.

Life sucks.

Why?

Good question. When you find the answer, let me know.

Life sucks, life sucks, my life sucks.

My latest story, about war in Canada, is now twenty one pages long.

I’ve just had the BEST idea.

You know how people write about their experiences in war. Well, I’m going to write about my experiences in war.

Don’t think, ”THIS little girl has been in war? As if!” because it’s true.

I’m not sure everyone would consider it full on war, but it’s pretty close.

I don’t mind this picture.

Nazi soldiers, sharks, passages…

I had horrible dreams that made me shiver last night.

First this little girl and I were running away from the Nazi soldiers. I was trying to get home to wait for my parents and I was going to take the girl with me.

But then the Nazi soldiers caught us. I quickly scribbled down a note and left the apartment keys in the mailbox as the Nazi soldiers took us away. They brought us to a circle room made of tiles. There were things that looked like showers. I was really scared because Penny and Emma told us that the Nazi told the Jews that they were going to have showers but they were actually going into the gas chambers.

The Nazi soldiers told us to get under the shower heads while they turned them on. I thought I was going to die. But it turns out they were actually showers. So they forced us to have showers and then they told us that we had to go inside these boxes for two days.

So we did. And then when I woke up from two days, the little girl (called Miracle) was already awake and out of the box. But she wasn’t with Nazi Soldiers, she was with a nice looking old white man, three dark skinned men and two women.

They got me out of the box and took us to this door under a mouldy showerhead and we walked in. We walked up dusty stairs and then down. We walked for a good hour and then got out. It was a small rocky island, with a jungle.

There were other kids there, too. About four. Right away, Miracle and I wanted to go swimming in the beautiful water. So the two women got us dressed into wet-suits and snorkelling gear.

We swam and swam until Miracle pointed out a HUGE school of large tuna fish. We swam towards them but the three dark skinned men pulled out out, panicked.

Apparently there was a huge, bloodthirsty, hungry shark that haunted the waters. The women didn’t know so they let us swim. But the men were scared.

The old man went into the water, stupidly, and brought Miracle (who was kicking and screaming) with him. But then the shark came. The got back out because the three men got very angry.

I can’t remember what happened then, except someone got eaten by a shark.

But then Miracle disappeared. and then she was born again, but she could walk and she knew every word. She was like her old self.

So confusing. Some people say every dream means something. I wonder what this one means.
